Jennifer loves calling Fayetteville, NC her home and is proud to be offering her Brokerage services via Townsend Real Estate team. Always having an interest in and appreciation for architecture as an art, and after purchasing her first home at a young age, she knew that the Real Estate would play a role in her life. The sense of purpose and pride that professionals get to experience during their careers in helping people find their home sweet home was what drove Jennifer to obtain her Real Estate Broker license. Since obtaining licensing and becoming a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Jennifer was awarded a Rising Star award in her first year in the business for her contribution to the team and for producing more in first year than any other new agent in the 35+ history of the company.

In addition to holding an NC Real Estate Broker license, Jennifer is also a Certified Retirement Planning Counselor, a Fellow of the Financial Services and Life industries, and in her past, Corporate career she was a Managing Principal holding FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses allowing her to be in a leadership position overseeing variable business operations. Financing her education and being the first person in her family to attend college and obtain a four-year degree, Jennifer proudly attended college at Fox’s School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA graduating with a dual major of Finance and International Business. The same tenacity, follow-through, patience and faith that helped her accomplish her educational and professional development goals will serve you well in accomplishing your own real estate goals and dreams.

Before Townsend, Jennifer had a notable history of serving others.  She started working at an early age in the food service industry where she served many capacities such as hostess, bus girl, waitress, and bartender. During her senior year of college, Jennifer was recruited to join a very competitive Leadership Development program at a Fortune 200 Financial Services company where she spent over 8 years in the fast-paced, corporate setting holding a variety of analytical and leadership roles serving a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders and intermediaries.
